Meet Greta!
Greta is a 6-year-old Bulldog/Staffordshire mix who’s been waiting for her forever home since October 2022! ๐ฑ
Greta is a super sweet pup that LOVES snuggles and just wants to give you all the love in the world! Staff has told us that she is such a goober and gets along great with kids!
But don’t take our word for it. Listen to what Greta has to say about herself!
“Hey everyone, it's me, Greta! So, I totally get it - nobody wants to bring in a total stranger into their house. But hey, let me tell you a bit about myself, alright?
I've been hanging out at this awesome sanctuary since October 2022. It all started when my previous owner decided to tie me up outside the vet and just leave me there. But you know what? My story took a turn for the better. See, there was this crazy emergency at the vet and they needed a dog like me to save another pup's life through a transfusion. Pretty heroic, huh?
Even though I've been here for a while, I still wake up with a grin every day, hoping that today will be the day someone scoops me up and takes me to my forever home. I mean, come on, good guys like me are supposed to get happy endings, right?
I promise, if you adopt me, I'll be the bestest girl ever and shower you with all my love. I absolutely adore kids, just like me, they're tiny bundles of positive energy who love playing in the yard. If you invite me into your family, not only will I be your best friend for life, but I'll make it my duty to be the ultimate guardian for the little ones around you, treating them like my own.
Oh, and get ready for daily doses of laughter, because I'll always find a way to crack you up. Plus, I give the most amazing cuddles before bedtime. Trust me, I won't let a single day pass without showing you just how grateful I am that YOU saved me.”
You can go check out Greta at St. Francis Animal Shelter! Greta will also be at St. Francis Animal Sanctuary Kitty Heaven & Thrift Store for their Summer Dayz event. Come check out Greta and some other amazing pups at 813 Florida St. in Mandeville from 11-2 this Saturday, June 22nd!
Help us by sharing so Greta can find her forever home!
Meet Boone!
Boone is a 2 yr 10 month old neutered male. He is thought to be a Labrador Retriever mix.
Oh, Boone. There’s just so much we can say about this brindle goober, we love him so much! โค๏ธ As you can tell from his amazing pics, Boone is just the happiest boy there is. He’s got a heart and spirit that are larger than life! ๐
Whether he's splashing in water ๐, enjoying walks ๐๐ถโ๏ธ, or playing with his furry friends ๐ถ, Boone’s enthusiasm is simply contagious. And of course, Boone always has that looooong tongue of his out! ๐คช
Treats? He’s all in! ๐ With his loving nature and irresistible charm, Boone is truly one of a kind. ๐ This sweet boy is a fun-loving goofball with a big heart. โค๏ธ๐ถ He’s also easy on the eyes, I have nicknamed him handsome pants! ๐คญ
And we almost forgot a very important piece of info! If you look at that middle pic, you can see that Boone is a tripod! ๐ฑ This doesn’t stop him from being a happy-go-lucky pup though. ๐ Although Boone is quite strong on a leash, he is currently training with Nissa at KPro K9 on leash behavior and jumping manners. He’s a smart pup though, so we think he’ll catch on quick. ๐ง ๐ก Boone’s our favorite shelter pup (just don’t tell the others ๐ซฃ) and he’s ready to bring joy to anyone lucky enough to meet him! ๐ฅฐ๐
Boone’s ID number is A115999. If you’d like to know more, or schedule an appointment to meet Boone, please call 985-809-0183, message the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services Facebook page, or email animalshelter@stpgov.org with the subject line “Adoption Inquiry – Boone – A115999”.
๐พ๐นMeet our adorable furry friend, Gypsy Rose! ๐น๐พ This angel really needs a home!
This sweet girl is 3 years young and full of love! ๐ She’s treat-motivated (when she wants to be ~ pup cups help๐), great on leash, and has mastered the art of “sit” and “down”! ๐ถ
Gypsy Rose is the ultimate couch potato ๐ฅ, but don’t let that fool you! She’s always up for some cuddle time and will steal your heart with her super gentle demeanor. ๐ Did I mention how gentle and sweet she is!?
Plus, she’s good with other dogs! ๐พ Just remember, bring your pup for a meet and greet to ensure they hit it off. ๐
You can visit Gypsy Rose at the Washington Parish Animal Shelter! When you adopt Gypsy Rose, we will cover her adoption fee ๐ฐ and send her home with a comfy bed! ๐๏ธ
Help us by sharing so Gypsy Rose can find her forever home!

This is Peaches! She is believed to be a Labrador retriever mix. She is spayed and is about 10 months old.
Let us tell you about Peaches! ๐ She is such a sweet, sweet dog. Peaches has been in a home before, so she is definitely used to the home life!! ๐ก She is quite scared in the shelter environment. Since she was a little shy, walking her on a leash was a little bit of a challenge, but she LOVED when we picked her up to bring her out to the play yards. ๐ซถ
Once we got out to the play yards, Peaches started warming up to us quite a bit! She was following us around the play yard and kept coming up to us for pets and kisses. ๐ Peaches also found a ball while we were in the play yard, and she loved playing with the ball! ๐พ Since she’s a little skittish in the shelter environment, we didn’t toss the ball for her to catch but she loved hitting it whenever we rolled it her way and chewing on it. Peaches was also doing well learning to sit with treats! ๐ฆด
All Peaches wants is someone to love unconditionally. She really loves people, and any love you give her will be reciprocated 100%. โค๏ธ
Peaches’ ID number is A118255. If you’d like to know more, or schedule an appointment to meet Peaches, please call 985-809-0183, message the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services Facebook page, or email animalshelter@stpgov.org with the subject line “Adoption Inquiry – Peaches – A118255”.
Meet Titan!
He is about 8 years old and is thought to be a German Shepherd mix. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and microchipped.
Titan is such a loving dog and loves attention! โค๏ธ He loves being around people. He is great on a leash and loves to go on walks! ๐ He loves exploring the outdoors and then going home to chill out in the great A/C! โ๏ธ Titan also loves treats! ๐ฆด He will do about anything for a treat!
Titan tends to be dominant around other dogs and would do better with submissive female dogs. He definitely wants to be the “boss” of the house. He would thrive best as the king if the home, either as a single pet or the “boss” as mentioned before. ๐
Given his age and his breed, Titan would also do best in a kid-free, stress-free environment and home. He does have some hip issues going on that the shelter is trying to get under control for him. โค๏ธ๐ฉน
We would love for you to give this sweet boy the home he deserves! ๐ก๐ซถ
Titan’s ID number is A116027. If you’d like to know more, or schedule an appointment to meet Titan, please call 985-809-0183, message the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services Facebook page, or email animalshelter@stpgov.org with the subject line “Adoption Inquiry – Titan – A116027”.
Lucy is a 1 yr 4 month old spayed female. She is thought to be a Labrador Retriever/Staffordshire Terrier mix.
Lucy loves to go on walks! She can be a little strong when she starts her walk and needs some leash manners, but we can’t blame her too much for that! After all, she’s only grown up in the kennels, not in a home. ๐ก Lucy joined the St. Tammany Parish Shelter about a year ago at only 4 months old weighing just around 30 pounds. ๐ฅบ
Lucy is very friendly and outgoing! Once she meets someone, it’s like she’s known them her whole life! She never meets a stranger. โค๏ธ Lucy also gets along with other dogs! ๐
Lucy is affectionate & loves attention! ๐ She is a people pleaser type of dog and just needs some direction. Somebody is going to hit the furry best friend JACKPOT with this girl… ๐
In the words of one of the staff, “I wish it could be me. I love her so much.”
Lucy will be at the Furred Responders Adoption Event at the St. Tammany Fire Protection District No. 5! Come visit Lucy and some other amazing animals there tomorrow, August 3rd, at 13206 Broadway St., Folsom, LA, United States, Louisiana from 10-2.!
Lucy’s ID number is A115143. If you’d like to know more, or schedule an appointment to meet Lucy, please call 985-809-0183, message the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services Facebook page, or email animalshelter@stpgov.org with the subject line “Adoption Inquiry – Lucy – A115143”.
Meet Sandman!
๐ Meet Sandman (A116941)! He is thought to be a Catahoula/pit mix and is about 2 years old. He is neutered.
๐พ Let us tell you about this handsome young man, Sandman! Sandman came to the shelter as a stray back in December of 2023 with horrible skin and almost no fur on his body. Unfortunately, like most of our strays, he definitely had an owner at one point but somehow he ended up homeless wandering the streets.
๐ถWhile he was at the shelter he became a volunteer and staff favorite. He showed us that he is incredibly loving and sweet! Sandman definitely knew what it was like to cuddle on a couch with someone because it was his favorite thing to do here! Sandman also really enjoys going for walks!
๐ฆดSandman did start to develop some behavior issues, which is very common in shelter dogs. For example, we started to notice some issues with other dogs. However, thanks to our wonderful volunteers and staff for advocating for this sweet boy, we were able to send him to training! One of our training partners, Elli Ward - Team Ellite Dog Training, took this sweet boy on April 16th and has nothing but wonderful news to share with us. Sandman's behavioral issues have reduced tremendously due to his training. He does like to play a little rough but listens very well to correction! Before he could not walk or be near another dog but NOW he is playing and walking with them! Sandman is even great with kids!!
โค๏ธSandman is heartworm positive but we ask that you do not let that discourage you from giving this sweet boy a forever home. Our shelter covers his entire heartworm treatment at NO COST to his adopters! An amazing volunteer will also provide 6 months of heartworm prevention! Please look at all these photos of this handsome man! We know you will fall in love like we haveโค๏ธ
Sandman’s ID number is A116941. If you’d like to know more, or schedule an appointment to meet Sandman, please call 985-809-0183, message the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services Facebook page, or email animalshelter@stpgov.org with the subject line “Adoption Inquiry – Sandman – A116941”.

Brynn is such a great dog, even a staff member at the shelter recommend we sponsor her. ๐ฅฐ Once we got to meet her and played with her a bit, we knew we had to help her find her new home! Brynn is VERY playful and loves to run (so a big back yard will be very beneficial to her)! She would chase after all of the toys we threw and bring them back to us to play some more! ๐พ Brynn loved to snuggle up next to us while we were there (and we had absolutely no problem with that). Getting pets is totally her thing. ๐ถ As you can also see, she’s a very happy dog and loved getting all that attention to herself.
Brynn does know how to sit on command! It may take a few tries, but she catches on real fast. Especially when treats are involved. She sits when she knows she’ll get a treat after! ๐ฆด P.S. That’s how we got that awesome picture of her in the top right corner.
As you can also tell by the pictures we got of Brynn, her ears are almost never down! Her ears would be perked up nearly the whole time we were there playing with her!
Brynn is available for adoption today! If you are interested in adopting Brynn, Jenny Lazo & Associates will pay the adoption fee and throw in a gift card to The Majestic Dog Boutique in Mandeville! She’s been waiting for her fur-ever home since May! ๐ข Let’s help this precious girl find her new home!

Quazi isn’t just any dog, he’s the longest-term resident, and let me tell you, he’s amazing! ๐ His demeanor is out of this world, and his love knows no bounds. โฃ๏ธ He’s a social butterfly who adores everyone he meets, whether they have 2 legs or 4! ๐ฆ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ถ
This pooch is a master of making friends - he’s great with other dogs and even gives cats a run for their money! ๐โฌ Plus, he’s a total kid magnet and could soak up attention all day long! ๐ซถ
Despite being a senior, Quazi’s zest for life is infectious! ๐ฅ He’s still got some pep in his step and enjoys soaking up the sun and lounging outside! โ๏ธ But, let’s be real, his favorite activity is being a couch potato, snuggled up with his favorite humans! ๐ฅ๐
Stop by Washington Parish Animal Shelter on Highway 10 to adopt this sweet man! We will cover his adoption fee ๐ฐ and provide a snuggly bed for him!
Here’s what their caretakers have to say:
Castiel, also 6 months old, is energetic (but not too much! ๐), loves water and playtime with his kennel mates. An angel around kids and eager to play (especially with cats ). He was found emaciated and made a remarkable recovery thanks to shelter staff! ๐ซถ We love this boy so much, we decided to throw in a Tractor Supply gift card to make the transition home a little easier. ๐๐ฆบ
Last, but not least, at 4 months old is our sweetheart, Marmaduke! He is sociable and adventurous, showing a fondness for both children and other dogs. He’s done exceptionally well during outings and seems to enjoy being around livestock! ๐ด This sweet boy is responsive to training, especially when treats are involved . Take a look at those paws and you can see he’s still got some growing to do! ๐

๐ฃ๏ธ As everyone knows, we love to help dogs get homes too! ๐ก We are so excited to announce our new partnership with Washington Parish Animal Shelter!! ๐พ Since today is Red Day, a day for giving back, we decided to sponsor 3๏ธโฃ of their pups!
Here’s what their caretakers have to say:
Percy, at 6 months old, is calm, well-behaved and enjoys attention & treats! ๐ He’s already House trained too!! Our buddy is friendly with kiddos, cats and other dogs. While he has a little limp from a previous (now healed) leg injury, it sure doesn’t stop him! ๐

Meet Cece!
She is believed to be a Treeing Tennessee Brindle. The shelter staff thinks she is about a year old, and she is spayed.
Let’s talk about Miss Cece here. Not only is she just an absolutely beautiful dog, but she is truly a little bundle of joy (as you can tell with her tongue out in every picture)! ๐ She was very excited to play in the yard with us when we took her out! Cece is an energetic pup. We think she ran for a solid five minutes while we were in there. Cece loved to play with the toys available in the yard! Although she liked running around a playing with toys a lot, she also loved getting some loving! ๐ฅฐ Cece kept stopping by for pets (and enjoying every minute of it) and even snuggled up next to us!
Now we know a lot of dogs like treats. However, Cece is NOT treat motivated! In fact, we think she sees treats as toys, and this is why: every time we gave her a treat, she would start running around the yard with the treat in her mouth, “throw” the treat like a toy out of her mouth, chase it, then pick up whatever the biggest piece was and start the whole process over again until she couldn’t find the pieces anymore. ๐ She truly is something, y’all.
Cece does not get along well with cats. She had a trial run, and it didn’t work out. Cece will need a home that is cat free.
Cece is available for adoption today! Visit Cece at the St. Tammany Department of Animal Services at 31078 LA-36, Lacombe, LA. If you are interested in adopting Cece, Jenny Lazo & Associates will pay the adoption fee and throw in a gift card to The Majestic Dog Boutique in Mandeville! Cece is waiting for her fur-ever home!!
Cece’s ID number is A116015. If you’d like to know more, or schedule an appointment to meet Cece, please call 985-809-0183, message the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services Facebook page, or email animalshelter@stpgov.org with the subject line “Adoption Inquiry – Cece – A116015”.
Meet Ophelia! Ophelia is believed to be a 6-month-old spayed female Labrador Retriever mix.
When we first met Ophelia, she was very excited to have some visitors! She is a very happy puppy with a lot of personality. ๐ถ As soon as we took off her leash in one of the yards, she had some MAJOR zoomies! ๐๏ธ๐จ Ophelia is a very energetic pup!
While hanging out in the yard, Ophelia was interested in everything around her! She was following every person who passed along the gate, and even sniffed some other sweet pups through the fence as they were passing. ๐ She is so good with other dogs and wanted to play with all of them! If you have another doggo in your home, Ophelia will make a new bestie out of them! ๐ฏโ๏ธ
After she ran around the yard for a bit, she decided she needed to cool down and plopped right into the little pool available, so she absolutely is not afraid of water! ๐ Once she cooled down a bit, she thought that was the perfect time to give us lovings (and we got soaked)! ๐ Ophelia is such a goofy girl who LOVES to play and just wants alllll the attention. She is a kissing machine ๐ and just a sweet, happy, playful puppy in general!
Ophelia is still trying to learn her name, but she does respond to it at times! ๐ฃ๏ธ Ophelia could be the perfect fit for your family! You can meet her at the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services at 31078 Hwy 36, Lacombe, LA.
If you are interested in adopting Ophelia, Jenny Lazo & Associates will pay the adoption fee and throw in a gift card to The Majestic Dog Boutique in Mandeville. Let’s help find this playful baby her fur-ever home!
Meet Balto!
Surprise! We’re sponsoring TWO (that’s right, TWO) dogs in December! ๐ This is Balto! He is believed to be a 1-year-old Pit Bull Mix. Balto in neutered and has been waiting for his fur-ever home since September 5th.
Sweet, sweet Balto. Balto is such a gentle boy. He gets a little timid around new people, but he warmed up to us a bit in just a few minutes. โบ๏ธ Balto did so well with his holiday pictures. ๐ He sat so still and even took some treats from us at the end! ๐ฆด Balto gets along well with his kennelmate! He also loved to play with other pups in the playyards. ๐
Balto is available for adoption! On Saturday, Dec 2nd, The St. Tammany Department of Animal Services will be having an adoption event at Rouses Mandeville (3461 E. Causeway Approach), and Balto will be there! All adoption fees are waived at this event, and Jenny Lazo & Associates will throw in a gift card to the Majestic Dog Boutique in Mandeville if you adopt Balto. Come see Balto and more precious pups on Saturday!
Balto’s ID number is A115681. If you’d like to know more, or schedule an appointment to meet Balto, please call 985-809-0183, message the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services Facebook page, or email animalshelter@stpgov.org with the subject line “Adoption Inquiry – Balto – A115681”.
Meet our December sponsored pup, Fred Astaire! He is believed to be a 2-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier. Fred Astaire is neutered and has been waiting for his new home since January 27th (almost an entire year! ๐ข).
Let us introduce you to Fred. Fred is such a ball of energy. He loves to run and had the zoomies for a while before we could get some pictures in. ๐๏ธ๐จ Fred is such a giant sweetheart. He is always ready for some loving and was ready to play. ๐ He LOVES his toys. It was pretty difficult to get some pictures of him without a toy in his mouth (as you can tell in the bottom pic ๐ธ) but definitely not impossible (we TOTALLY didn’t use toys to get him to look at the camera ๐ซฃ). Once pictures were done, all he wanted was to play with toys and get some pets. โค๏ธ He is such a sweet boy.
Now, for the reason he’s called Fred Astaire… he loves to tap dance! ๐บ While we didn’t get a video of it, we did see it with our own eyes (and it is SO adorable).
Fred Astaire is available for adoption! On Saturday, Dec 2nd, The St. Tammany Department of Animal Services will be having an adoption event at Rouses Mandeville (3461 E. Causeway Approach), and Fred Astaire will be there (you may even be able to see him tap dance ๐)! All adoption fees are waived at this event, and Jenny Lazo & Associates will throw in a gift card to the Majestic Dog Boutique in Mandeville if you adopt Fred. Come see Fred and more precious pups on Saturday!
Meet Logan!
Let us introduce you to our man, Logan!
Logan is believed to be a 1-year-old, neutered Labrador Retriever. Logan’s been waiting for a new home since June! ๐ข
Logan here is a real treat. He was such a sweetheart the entire time we played with him. ๐ฅฐ He definitely liked getting pets and lovings while we were there.
Logan definitely likes his toys! He was OBSESSED with the tennis balls in the yard. ๐พ Logan would chase any ball we threw for him. He even sat when we told him to (with the help of the tennis balls, obviously)! There were a few other toys that Logan liked to chew on around the yard as well. If you decide to adopt this handsome guy, you’ll definitely need a toy stash for him!
When you decide to go meet Logan, take a close look at his chest. He wears his heart on his chest, literally! ๐ค
You can meet Logan at the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services at 31078 Hwy 36, Lacombe, LA. Jenny Lazo & Associates will pay for his adoption fees and throw in a gift card to the Majestic Dog Boutique in Mandeville. Let’s help Logan find his fur-ever home! ๐ก
Let us introduce you to our newest sponsored pup, Chunks!
Chunks is believed to be a one-year-old Labrador retriever mix who is neutered. He’s been at the shelter since February 13th waiting for the perfect family to come scoop him up. ๐
Chunks was extremely excited to see that he had visitors when we showed up! As soon as we got him on a leash, he proved that he walks on a leash well! ๐ Chunks followed direction and hardly pulled for the duration of our walk. He also didn’t jump on us (unless we told him to so we could get some kisses from him ๐).
After we finished our walk, we took Chunks into one of the large play yards. There were a couple of other dogs in an adjacent play yard barking at Chunks, but he didn’t pay them no mind. He was soaking in the sunlight and chilling in the pool. ๐
Chunks is such a sweet pup who’s good with other dogs and people! He is always so happy as you can tell from all the smiles in his pictures. ๐ Chunks also loves snuggles, which is great because he has some really soft fur. ๐ถ
We simply can’t understand why Chunks is still at the shelter because he has such a great demeanor. ๐คฉ You can meet Chunks at the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services at 31078 Hwy 36, Lacombe, LA. Jenny Lazo & Associates will pay for his adoption and throw in a gift card to the Majestic Dog Boutique in Mandeville. Chunks is patiently waiting for his chance at a fur-ever home! ๐ถ ๐
Don’t forget, Gunter and Ophelia are still available for adoption as well! We will also cover their adoption fees when adopted!
Meet Gunter!
Let us introduce you to Gunter! Gunter is about 2 years old and he is believed to be a Labrador retriever mix.
When we got to the shelter, Gunter was a little shy to come walk with us. ๐ Once we got him out though, he was so excited to go out and about! Taking Gunter for a walk is an absolute joy. Unlike many dogs who excitedly pull on the leash, Gunter was very relaxed while walking around! ๐
Gunter is a huge snuggle bug who loves some belly rubs! He was loving all the pets we gave him while playing in the yard. Gunter is also great with other dogs! ๐ He has a kennel mate at the shelter that he gets along with very well. ๐พ We also learned recently that Gunter is great with children! Gunter went on a trip to a local middle school with some staff from the shelter at the end of the school year. ๐ซ The kids absolutely loved Gunter, and he did really well with all the kids! The kids thought that Gunter is such a cool dog with lots of character and smarts (and we definitely second all of that). ๐ถ
Gunter is such a wonderful dog who’s been waiting for his forever home since January. โฐ As we’ve already said, he is so sweet and a very laid-back pup. Gunter was such a good dog when we visited him, and we believe he will be such a wonderful addition in a loving home. ๐
Gunter is available for adoption at St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services at 31078 Hwy 36, Lacombe, LA. When Gunter is adopted, Jenny Lazo & Associates will pay the adoption fee and throw in a gift card to The Majestic Dog Boutique in Mandeville. Let’s help find this sweet boy his fur-ever home! ๐ถ
Meet Peanut!
Sweet Peanut was owner surrendered by next of kin after their owner passed. ๐ข She is a fun-loving, sweet girl that enjoys pets and kisses! ๐ At 10 years old, this 'ol girl just wants a place to call home and to eat, sleep and relax! ๐ก
Meet Milo!
Milo is believed to be about 8-months-old and is neutered.
When we first got Milo out of the kennel, he couldn't even wait to get outside to start giving us lovings. ๐ฅฐ He’s such a sweet pup! While walking on a leash, he was very calm and cooperative, so he would love to go on walks. ๐ After walking Milo around a bit (and making a few stops for some belly scratches), we brought him into one of the yards to run around and play a bit. Milo loved the slides that were available to play on, but ultimately, he just wanted to snuggle and give plenty of kisses. ๐
Milo is a pretty laid-back boy who is always down for some cuddles. Not only that, but he's also a social butterfly when it comes to other dogs! Milo loves to play with his kennel mate! ๐ถ And here's the best part: Milo's got a heart of gold. He's super sweet, and his affectionate nature will melt your heart! ๐ Also, the last pic proves he’s definitely not camera shy! ๐ท
Milo is available for adoption at the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services at 31078 Hwy 36, Lacombe, LA.
Let’s help Milo find his fur-ever home!
Mocha is believed to be a 4-month-old spayed female pit bull.
During the first half of our visit, we met sweet Mocha in the yard with a few other pups. She was running around and playing with some of the other dogs ๐ถ in the yard! When we brought her inside to play some more (and snap some cute pics ๐ธ), we noticed that she likes the idea of fetch but doesn’t quite know what to do with the tennis ball after you toss it ๐พ (we’re sure she’ll get the hang of it when she finds her forever home).
We also very quickly learned that Mocha is very curious of what’s happening around her! She kept looking outside of the window when everyone passed and even crawled under the couch at one point (sounds like she’s a little nosey ๐)! We still aren’t sure what she found so interesting under there! Once Mocha was done sniffing around and warmed up to us a little bit more, she kept jumping up to us to hold her ๐. She loves being held and even snuggled up to us when we held her! Towards the end of our visit with her, she was very laid back and maybe even a little sleepy. When we went to go return her, there was a fresh bowl of food in her kennel that she immediately went to. She definitely knows when it’s time to eat ๐ฅฉ!
Mocha is available for adoption at the St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services at 31078 Hwy 36, Lacombe, LA. If you are interested in adopting Mocha, Jenny Lazo & Associates will pay the adoption fee and throw in a gift card to The Majestic Dog Boutique in Mandeville.
Let’s help find this precious girl her fur-ever home!
We believe that finding a loving home should be a reality for both humans and furry companions! We are proud to make a positive impact on our community, specifically by helping reduce the capacity at St. Francis Animal Sacntuary, Washington Parish Animal Shelter, and St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services. With a passion for animals and a commitment to building stronger communities, we sponsor dogs by covering their adoption fees and providing a gift card!
When you choose to work with Jenny Lazo & Associates, you're not just finding the perfect home for yourself; you're also making a difference in the lives of these wonderful animals. Our team understands that a home is more than just four walls; it's a place where families grow, memories are made, and bonds are formed. We also recognize the immense joy and unconditional love that pets bring into our lives. By connecting homes with deserving dogs, we aim to create an environment of happiness and companionship, one adoption at a time.
