Welcome to something a little different.
Hey, there! I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’ve been in my orbit for a while, you already know I’m not your average real estate agent. I sell homes across Southeast Louisiana, yes, but I also transport rescue animals & wildlife rehabs, serve on the board of St. Francis Animal Sanctuary & Rescue and St. Francis Thrift Store & Kitty Haven, host free community seminars for seniors, and somehow manage to squeeze in trivia night. This newsletter is the place where all of that lives together.
Every month, I’ll share what’s happening in the SE Louisiana market, highlight a rescue story that deserves to be told, and keep you in the loop on events and opportunities in our community. No fluff. No hype. Just real life... homes, hearts, and a few hounds along the way.
Whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just want to follow along, welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

SE Louisiana Market Pulse
Spring is here - and so is the market.
Inventory across Southeast Louisiana has been moving steadily, and buyers who’ve been sitting on the sidelines are starting to get off the fence, especially in the Northshore area. If you’ve been thinking about making a move, now is a smart time to have a conversation.
Thinking about selling?
A proper pricing strategy still makes all the difference. Homes priced right are selling well. I’d love to give you a no-pressure market analysis. Just reach out and we’ll talk through your options.
Thinking about buying?
Getting pre-approved before you start touring isn’t just smart. It’s how you win in this market. I can connect you with lenders I trust and help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
Rescue Corner
Meet Captain.
He survived the unthinkable. Now he’s ready for you.
Captain · St. Francis Animal Sanctuary & Rescue, Mississippi
Captain came to us through a welfare check. What rescuers found was devastating. He had been bludgeoned, leaving him with skull fractures and the loss of an eye. The details are hard to read. But here’s what I need you to see: Captain didn’t just survive. Over the past year-plus, through setbacks and slow healing and more patience than most of us will ever have to muster, Captain became one of the best dogs any of us have ever met.
Because of his injuries, Captain is missing bone in his frontal skull area, so his ideal home is one where he’s either the only dog or paired with smaller, gentle companions who won’t accidentally hurt him at play. Beyond that? He just needs a family who will love him completely and without reservation.
Interested in Captain? We’d love to tell you all about him.

Community Spotlight
Ageless Enthusiasm, because education protects the people we love.
One of my other loves is making sure our senior community has access to information that protects them and helps them thrive. My Ageless Enthusiasm seminar series does exactly that.
If you can't make the April 7th event, featuring Detective Jonathan Ringo of the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office on Outsmarting Scammers, don’t worry. More events are coming, and I’d love for you or someone you love to be in the room. These conversations matter.
